Sessions are quiet, grounded, and non-invasive. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage table. The touch is light, with moments of stillness as your body responds and recalibrates. Many clients experience sensations of floating, warmth, or emotional release—each session meets you exactly where you are.
