My classes are more than movement—they are a sacred space to come home to yourself. Each session begins with a guided reflection: a seed of insight we carry together through the practice. These reflections—on soul identity, surrender, letting go, deep peace, or the quiet light within—invite us to pause and listen inward.
Woven through breath and movement, they become gentle anchors, helping us stay present, connected, and aligned with something deeper than the posture itself. These are not abstract ideas—they are living invitations to remember who we are and to honor the sacred within.
I blend breath-led movement, somatic awareness, and postures that support the nervous system and create space for deep inner listening. But more than that, yoga for me is a living, spiritual practice—one that begins on the mat, but reaches into how we live, love, and show up in the world.
As we reconnect with our inmost selves, we begin to embody that peace in our relationships, our work, and the way we move through life. This is the heart of my teaching: yoga as soul work, as inner renewal, and as a way to carry the light within us into everything we touch.
