These one-on-one sessions are not about learning poses—they are about listening. Deeply. Together, we tune in to what your body is holding, where it longs to release, and how it may serve as a gateway to something more profound. Whether you're navigating physical pain, chronic stress, trauma recovery, pregnancy, postpartum transition, or end-of-life realities, each session is entirely personalized. Guided by breath, gentle movement, and intuitive somatic techniques, we create a space where your body feels safe enough to soften—and where the deeper layers of healing can begin.

In this work, the body is not separate from spirit—it is the vessel. We approach healing not only as restoration, but as awakening: a chance to remember who you truly are beneath the pain, the pressure, or the forgetting. These sessions are both grounding and sacred, a space to explore embodiment as a spiritual practice—where grief can move, stillness can speak, and the soul can breathe freely. No two sessions are the same, because no two journeys are. You bring your story; I bring presence, training, and deep reverence for the wisdom already within you.
